CANCELLATION POLICY
Please try to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to expedite check-in and ensure you receive your full treatment time. Once booked, we carefully prepare and plan your spa experience; all you need to do is show up.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 25% service charge. During peak times such as Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, any changes made within 72 hours will incur a 50% service charge. Unfortunately, exceptions cannot be made to maintain quality service for all guests.
CANCELLATIONS
As a courtesy to other clients and our staff, a credit card is required for ALL bookings. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service. These policies help us maintain high-quality service and ensure booking availability for all clients.
